High Flight Farm has staff available for lessons for riders with their own horse as well as appropriate lesson horses and ponies for students. Training for your horse is also available. We are versed in dressage and hunters, but believe that each individual discipline has knowledge to offer other disciplines, thus making everyone a better horse person with a better horse. We are ready to help you and your horse become the best team possible!
Instruction for you on our horse or your horse is $65.00 for a private 60 minute lesson. Semi-private lessons are $50.00 per rider for a 60 minute lesson. Small group lessons (3 to 4) are $50.00 per rider for a 90 minute lesson.
We instruct adults and children (minimum age is 7, often starting with a 30 minute lesson) who desire to begin learning to ride, who wish to improve their riding skills, those who want to compete, and those who are only interested in pleasure riding.
Training (a staff member riding) your horse is $60.00 for a 60 minute session that includes grooming, tacking up, training, untacking, cooling out, and turning out.
We are available for you to haul in for instruction or training.
Boarders may have their lesson or training fees added into their monthly board bill.
